About Me

I’m Zach, a CRM systems consultant, digital strategist, and revenue operations leader with nearly a decade of experience in paid media and marketing automation. My work focuses on helping companies grow by aligning their systems, processes, and people across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

I’ve worked with businesses ranging from SMBs to enterprise resellers, supporting cross-functional teams in navigating the complexity of modern go-to-market strategies. My approach combines data fluency, technical implementation, and a strategic mindset to drive sustainable results.

Paid Media & Platform Strategy

Before shifting into CRM systems, I led complex paid media campaigns across CTV, display, pre-roll video, geofencing, and social—working directly in platforms like The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and GroundTruth. That foundation allows me to connect campaign-level execution to CRM attribution, ensuring full-funnel visibility and more intelligent decision-making.

Today, I help clients go beyond basic KPIs like CPMs and impressions, pushing towards more advanced metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and incrementality.

Automation & AI Use Cases

I’m passionate about how emerging automation tools can streamline business operations. Lately, I’ve been experimenting with n8n and Agent.ai to create low-code automations for CRM enrichment, lead routing, sales enablement, and even internal ticket triage. These aren’t just experiments—they’re part of packaged service offerings I help deploy for clients looking to reduce error and improve velocity.

This innovation mindset helps me act as a guide for businesses exploring scalable, AI-powered growth without relying on complex engineering resources.

My Favorite Hobbies

I’m a firm believer that the habits we build outside of work impact how we show up professionally. Three of my core hobbies—weight lifting, playing guitar, and golf—have shaped my mindset, discipline, and creativity.

In my late 20s, I made a strong commitment to my health. Over the last three years, I’ve worked with one of Chicago’s top trainers, Wes Patterson, and dropped over 20 pounds through focused strength training and nutrition. Most mornings start at 5:30 a.m. in the gym—a ritual that sets the tone for the rest of my day.

I also love playing guitar—both acoustic and electric. I picked it up in college and never put it down. My playing is inspired by the sounds of '80s and '90s rock and alternative classics from the 2000s, and it continues to be one of my favorite creative outlets.

And when time allows, you’ll find me on the golf course. There’s something about the quiet challenge of golf that I love—it’s just you versus you, and it’s taught me a lot about patience, focus, and growth.

Each of these hobbies has deepened my appreciation for coaching, iteration, and mastery—principles I also bring into my client work every day.
